Web Based Training

Participants have the options of receiving a web based Right Question or Advanced Closing skills training program. This 35-40 minute interactive session contains a course and skill introduction, application, coaching guide and review.

Introducing the same skills presented during our live and active training sessions, participants are able to easily navigate through the course content without any time out of the field. This multi-media resource provides participants with a complete introduction of program skills. Throughout this program, participants learn the skills through a series of audio and video prompts which review and demonstrate the application of the program content in the field.

Participants are required to participate in a series of interactive exercises that test their knowledge and application of the skills in their real world setting. In addition, a program review is available to test their ability to retain the skills.

A coaching component is included to assist in the proper application of the skills. This resource also provides a tutorial if the participant is in need of further skill review. This tool enables participants to have access to course content to sustain their learning.
