Our reinforcement phase provides the participant and their manager with a series of activities that review key program content. Each activity presents a comprehensive, yet concise overview and reinforcement of key learning points. This approach gives the participant and manager a significant tool to increase their retention and application of the program material. Constant access on an ongoing basis assists in making the program concepts a life long skill.

e-Learning Refresher (Participants Only)

This 30 minute multi-media resource provides a comprehensive review of program skills once the participant has completed the initial course work introduction. The Refresher provides a series of interactive exercises that review program content, test recall and require the learner to properly apply course content in specific sales scenarios. The Reviewer also contains a tutorial if the of further skill review is required.

Manager Conference Calls

Managers learn how to reinforce the skills introduced during the training through a series of 30 to 45 minute conference calls. Managers are coached on how to ensure the proper application of BSI program skills. In addition, managers will be given skills to assist in avoiding the most common mistakes when applying program concepts.

Assessment

The 20 question assessment is designed to help the participant identify and recall program content. Upon completion, participants receive a coaching report to recognize areas of strength and improvement.
